The Trek Project:

The Trek Project is a 3 part multi-media exploration of how we see ourselves in a global community. Video artist Helyx Chase (HHproductions) will be traveling to Nicaragua and following a group of high school students from New York and Philadelphia as they construct a school, in the same way that Chase did when they were 17.

The project focuses on US-Latin American communities, the concept of global citizenship and global community and the building and strengthening of communities both at home and abroad.
